There Is No One Righteous (Romans 3)
Chorus 1
There is no one righteous no not one, no one understands or seeks God
Their throats are open graves, everything they say is held against them.
Verse 1
Now we know that whatever the law says, it says to those under the law
So that every mouth may be silenced and the whole world accountable to God
Therefore no one will be righteous in God’s sight by the work of the law
Rather through the law we are conscious - of our sin.
Bridge 1
What will you say to a holy God when you stand before Him?
Why should He let you in? Have you been good enough?
Do you know the One who bled and died and was crucified
And who rose to life, God’s only Son?
Give your life to Jesus before it’s too late, There is a date for His return
Chorus 2
There is no one righteous no not one, no one understands or seeks God
For all have sinned - and fall short of God’s glory
Verse 2
God presented Christ as a sacrifice through the shedding of His blood
Those who believed by faith would receive Him
And be forgiven by what He had done
Therefore the gift is offered to all Man,
Freely by His grace through redemption that came by Christ.
Bridge 2
Today is the day for salvation – Ask Jesus in – to your heart
How have things worked out so far on your own?
God loves you so. Let Him say “Welcome home.”

Eyes Of Faith
Verse 1
I’ve prepared a path of life for you. Do you see it?
The ways been cleared by My holy blood.
With eyes of faith is how you come to know and receive it.
It’s a gift of faith for all the unjust.
Verse 2
You might ask yourself, but how can it be free
This peace with God for all eternity
There is nothing you can do to earn your way, to heaven
Let go of earthly pride and just believe.
Chorus 1
Believe that when I stretched my arms out wide
On the Cross and laid down my life
I took all your sins and bore them deep inside
That you would live with Me, for all eternity
Confess your sin to Me, for you I died.
Verse 3
And so my prayer for you, as I sing this song
Is that the Father’s love would greatly move your soul
That you’d come to know the Savior as your own
And start the greatest journey that you’ve ever known.
Repeat Chorus 1
Bridge
May God guide your feet gently down the path
Until you come to Him at long last
And see the Savior’s arms spread out wide
And find the love you always needed down inside
Chorus 2
Believe that when He stretched His arms out wide
On the Cross and laid down His life
He took all your sins and bore them deep inside
That you’d live with the King, for all eternity
Bring your sin to Calvary, start your new life

Polishing My Shield
Verse 1
I am polishing my shield. I am sharpening my sword
As I wait upon the Lord.
He will bring me up. He will bring me out
A victor in His name
Verse 2
I have studied Your Word, prepared my shoes
To carry Good News to the nations
I’ve readied myself the best that I can
I wear the helmet of my Jesus’ salvation
Chorus
Prepare me oh Father – teach me Your truth
As a belt I might wear around my waist
With righteousness, clothe my heart as a shield
To share Your Gospel in shoes of peace
Verse 3
I am polishing my shield
That extinguishes the flames
Of the arrows of the evil one
I wear the helmet of salvation
I am sharpening my sword
On Your Spirit that is Your Word
Repeat Chorus
Bridge
I pray in the Spirit - always and everywhere
My prayer and requests made known to God
That I might stand firm when all is said and done
Stand firm - in You Oh Lord!
Ending
And one day I will be with You – and I’ll remove, my armor
And ne - ver need - it again

John Twenty
Verse 1
Mary ran to the tomb with her heart dark as night
Mourning the death of her Lord
Through the cover of darkness fast was her sight
The tombstone was rolled from the door.
Verse 2
She was filled with great worry, cried out to her friends,
“They have taken His body away!”
As they looked in the tomb a strange peace had settled
The grave clothes neatly in place.
Chorus
Christ risen from the dead! It happened just as He said.
They went in and believed, by faith they received
Freedom from sin and death!
Verse 3
But Mary stood weeping outside
For she had not seen with her eyes
Two angels in white appeared with the Light
“Mary, why are you weeping?” He cried.
Verse 4
“My Lord, my King You’re alive!”
Overwhelmed with great joy, she cried.
“Go carry the message, you’ve seen Me today
Forever I’ll reign on high!”
Repeat Chorus

This Restless Heart
Verse 1
There is a feeling deep within me
It has tunneled to my soul
Oh God this restless heart
Has been longing for Your Word
Chorus 1
Why do I stay away so long
When You’ve filled my heart before?
Jesus bring me to my knees again
Break me on Your throne
Break my every bone
Verse2
Ah Lord wash over me, as I sit here with You
Breathe life into my soul, remind me of Your truth
Repeat Chorus 1
Bridge
Make my desire above all things, to stand before Your throne
To look into Your holy Word, and worship You alone
Make my desire above all things, to stand before Your throne
To look into Your holy Word, and worship You alone
And worship You alone
Repeat Chorus 1
There is a feeling deep within me
It has tunneled to my soul

He Was Despised And Rejected
Verse 1
He was despised and rejected by all men
A man of sorrows and acquainted with grief
He had no form or beauty that we should want him
He was a man we would not want to keep.
Verse 2
He bore our grief’s and He carried our sorrows
He was wounded and crushed for our sins
The penalty He bore brought us God’s peace
By His stripes we now can live
Chorus 1
And Jesus how He loved us, He never counted His life as His own
He measured the cost and went forward.
By that act He saved our souls
Verse 3
He was oppressed and He was afflicted
Yet He never opened His mouth
Led like a lamb to the slaughter
He never cried out loud.
Chorus 2
What strength and godly conviction had to pour upon Jesus that day.
The roar of the Lion of Judah by love was held at bay
Verse 4
Cut off from the land of the living,
Stricken for the sins of us all
It was the will of God to crush Him.
His death restored the break of the fall
Bridge
With anguish in His soul He was satisfied
Many are made righteous by the Cross of Christ
Poured out His soul to death for all mankind
And now and forever they are His fully alive!
Repeat Chorus 1

Living In A Minefield
Verse 1
Why do I do the things I don’t wanna do?
Every time my mind ventures out on a God intention
I find myself in need of an intervention.
This world is dangerous and I’m in the middle of a minefield
Oh who will rescue me from this sinful life
Thank God I’m covered by the blood of Jesus Christ!
Chorus
We’re living in a minefield thank God for love
We’re living in a minefield thank God for love
We’re living in a minefield thank God for love
We can rise above
Verse 2
What if I told you we can dance even in the raindrops?
You might look at me as if I’d gone insane.
But the wheat and the tares were charged to grow together
So the weak would have every chance to be saved.
Until the trumpet sounds on the very last day!
Bridge
We are righteous and holy, don’t believe the lies
Satan tells you to distract you from saving lives
God chose you and set you upon the rock with His life
He loved you so much that His only Son died!
Repeat Chorus

Trust and Believe
Verse 1
I am the God who heals you, I’m the one from Calvary’s tree
I didn’t die to judge you, I died to set you free
If you’re free in me, you are free indeed
Verse 2
What do I have to do for you to make you believe
No longer do I judge you for in Christ you received
A new life, spread your wings and fly
Chorus
Trust and believe me my child. My love for you is reckless and wild!
Trust and believe me my child. My love for you is as deep as it’s wide.
Bridge
Come take my hand, walk with me
Choose to believe and the best is yet to be
Come take my hand, walk with me, yes walk with me
Choose to believe and the best is yet to be
Verse 3
I am the God who heals you, Tho’ they put me in the ground
They went to see my body and no body have they found
‘Cause I’m alive! I’ve risen and prepared a place for you
Have no worries my child for I know just what to do
Seek first my Kingdom and my Kingdom you will find!
I’ve won the battle over sin and left the dark behind
There’s no cause for worry for all worry now must cease
Believe in what I’ve done for you and you will find my peace
For I love you I love you I love you, I love you!

Only Love
Verse 1
Do you ever stop and listen for my heart
The secret voice in the quiet place
I am closer than the very breath you breathe
I’m longing for your attention.
Pre-Chorus
Why do you think a father loves his only son
Or a mother the daughter that she bore
Chorus
Love is who I am, run to the Master’s hands
And you’ll find the love you’ve needed all along
Run into my arms, I’m your Father and I long
To hold you without judgment only love.
Verse 2
Know my child I feel everything you go through
For my only Son walked upon this earth
Came as God in skin so you’d be born again
And be with Me forever
When it’s time to leave this earth.
Pre-Chorus
Why do you think a father loves his only son
Or a mother the daughter that she bore
Chorus
Love is who I am, run to the Master’s hands
And you’ll find the love you’ve needed all along
Run into my arms, I’m your Father and I long
To hold you without judgment only love.

The Journey
Verse 1
I stand at a place looking back at my accomplishments
It’s Who I’ve known, not the things I’ve done.
Caught up in the worldly maze,
I chased the rabbit round
And found at the end all I’d done was run.
Chorus
It’s not the goal; it’s the journey
And the time I spend with God
Walking with You Jesus,
Not the things that I have done.
I know where I’m going and ever since that day
I gave my heart to Jesus, I long to hear Him say,
“Well done”, well done”.
Verse 2
All of my accomplishments were never mine alone
Some were guided by Him and at times I told Him no.
These were not the greatest things
I’ve done with my life
The most wonderful times I’ve had
Were knowing Jesus Christ
Repeat Chorus
Bridge 1
All the glory is God’s!
Knowing You is all I want to want!
The past is gone it can’t deliver.
Tomorrow’s off coming down the river
Today’s the day I want to know You God!
Bridge 2
Let what’s gone be gone.
Pray and spend time with the Lord
He’ll take away your pain, as in His arms you lay
Repeat Chorus

We’re Breaking the Chains
Verse 1
We’re breaking the chains, releasing the bonds
That held us so long
As we grew up, things put upon us
Words from the evil one
He spoke out lies tried to deceive us
To halt the gifts we received
But now we cry out loud, we break all agreements
In Jesus name we believe!
Chorus
We’re breaking the chains (ECHO)
We’re breaking the chains(ECHO)
We’re breaking the chains, of the evil one
(Repeat Chorus)
Verse 2
Now we’re taking back-what God gave us
No longer believing the lies
We’re breaking the chains- Where two or more are gathered
We’re standing together in Christ
In His name and in His Word and by His might and power
We’re breaking free-from restraints
Of misguided words that devour
Repeat Chorus
Bridge
Standing up becoming who God made us to be
We are using our gifts-to God’s glo – ry

The Discipline Of Surrender
Verse 1
What will you do the rest of your life
Will you waste it on your bucket list?
Seek first God’s Kingdom and righteousness
And everything will come along with it.
Verse 2
Let the person that you are when others don’t see
Be the same in all kinds of weather
Seeking the Lord’s will throughout the day
Making where you are so much better!
Chorus
God is building you into His image, chipping away at your pride
He’s forming a solid foundation laying one brick at a time
Verse 3
Why do you worry and why do you fret?
Fear is not a part of God.
Keep your eyes on the One who draws men to His net
Set your mind upon the Lord
Verse 4
So be patient as He molds you into a part
Of the beautiful family of God
Take courage, be patient as you learn the art
Of the discipline of surrender.
Repeat Chorus
Bridge
So ask God to build your faith
And remove the fear within you
Learn to listen and, obey the Lord
And you’ll live a life you’ve never lived before!

Song of Michelangelo
Verse 1
If tomorrow were here today
And today were here tomorrow
Would that balance things out or sway
Would yesterday be borrowed
Verse 2
What is time but a measuring tool
To see where we’ve been, go and are
To write these words am I a fool
Shall I run to a land afar
Chorus 1
How do you carve a man out of stone
A little boy said to Michelangelo
I see the man and chip away the rest
Leaving only sinew and bone
To the boy said Michelangelo
Verse 3
Taking self from my problems some say,
Is not as easy as it may seem
Wherever we go we bring ourselves
Looking inward others hit Jim Beam
Verse 4
As much as I don’t want to look at myself,
God’s work in me won’t allow it
Your trials for me, are easier to see
Help me to work and not sell out (Repeat Chorus 1)
Bridge
For Your love Lord is greater than all
And I know You’ll not leave me alone
It’s painful as You chip at this rock
And mold me in-to Your “Son of God stone”
Chorus 2
How do You carve Christ out of a man
Said Michelangelo to God the Father
It starts with the blood of my Son then from there
I transform him into one like no other (Repeat Chorus 1)

And I have never felt so alone.

Someone to hold me and help me to stand.
